We will search the files of a leading credit reference agency to ensure that the applicant has not previously been insolvent, bankrupt or involved in any court proceedings for debt.

Response time: 4 working hours

Our Insight service has a response time of four working hours. All references are collected verbally by our trained operators and calls are recorded for quality control purposes. All references are taken up on outgoing calls to verified numbers.

This service is not suitable for self-employed, retired or overseas applicants and cannot be used in conjunction with our Legal Express and Rent Guarantee insurance.
