Complaints

Although we aim to please at all times, things sometimes go wrong. We would rather you told us when you are dissatisfied.

Firstly we would ask that you contact the customer service team on 0870 165 1090, and ask to speak with a Manager. It is our wish that your complaint is dealt with quickly and efficiently. We will ask for your policy number and details of any RGA employee who you have spoken to previously. We may need time to look into your complaint, but we will keep you updated of developments to reassure you that we are doing everything to resolve the issue.

We will make every effort to resolve the problem directly and immediately. If these avenues fail to resolve your complaint then, short of legal action, you can ask the Insurance Ombudsman to review your case at the following address:
